Erin K. Tenner

Erin K. Tenner is a Partner at Gray, Duffy, Eisenbaum & Lee, LLP, with over 30 years of experience representing auto dealers in buying and selling dealerships. She focuses on business buy/sell transactions, commercial real estate deals, and ownership agreements. Erin has successfully handled hundreds of dealership transfers, including bulk asset sales, stock sales, and franchise transfers. She provides legal guidance to auto dealers in structuring transactions to avoid litigation and ensure compliance with industry regulations.

Erin earned her J.D. (1985) from the University of Detroit Law School, where she served as an editor of the University of Detroit Law Review. She also holds a B.A. in Business Administration (1982) from Michigan State University Eli Broad School of Business.
