Brian Raymond represents clients in criminal, family, and personal injury cases. Brian graduated from Central High School in 1997. He earned a Bachelor of Science in Political Science from Texas A&M University in 2002. He attended South Texas College of Law from 2005 to 2008. During law school, he interned with the United Nations and U.S. Federal Judge Nancy Johnson.
Brian served as a United States Peace Corps volunteer in Alaverdi, Armenia, from 2003 to 2005. He later worked as an Assistant District Attorney in Nueces County. He also worked with law firms in Houston and Austin, gaining experience in criminal, family, civil, and personal injury matters.
Brian has tried more than 60 jury trials. His case experience includes criminal charges, family law disputes, and personal injury claims. He has handled matters involving murder, manslaughter, drug trafficking, DWI, restraining orders, sex crimes, serious injuries, and cases involving major legal or financial consequences for clients.
Brian’s criminal practice includes felonies, misdemeanors, DWI, DUI, BWI, drug offenses, family violence, sex offenses, violent crimes, parole, and probation matters. His family law work includes divorce, child custody modification, and child support modification. His personal injury practice includes oil field injury and serious accident cases.
