Dana Davis Paul

Dana Davis Paul is an Arkansas attorney whose practice centers on commercial real estate, finance and banking, oil and gas, and general business transactions. She later received her Doctor of Jurisprudence with Honors in 2001 from the University of Texas School of Law in Austin, Texas, and studied at Queen Mary University in London, England.

Dana advises clients on the purchase, sale, leasing, and development of retail centers, office buildings, medical complexes, industrial sites, mixed-use projects, and energy properties. She drafts and negotiates leases, construction contracts, and financing documents. Her work also includes reviewing title reports, surveys, insurance matters, zoning concerns, and land use regulations affecting projects.
