Brian K. Woodruff has built a broad legal career serving clients across Arkansas in matters that often affect their families, property, businesses, and future plans. His practice includes Family Law, Wills/Trusts/Probate, Criminal Defense, General Civil Practice, Personal Injury, Business Transactions, and Real Estate, giving clients support across many legal needs.
Brian earned his B.A. from Arkansas State University in 2000, with a Major in Political Science. He later earned his J.D. from the University of Arkansas, Fayetteville, Leflar Law Center, in 2005. Before law school, he worked as a jury clerk for the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Arkansas in Little Rock.
Brian began representing clients in 2005 after being admitted to the Arkansas Bar. He is licensed in all Arkansas Courts and also practices before the Eastern and Western Districts of the United States District Court. His background gives him experience in both state and federal legal settings.
Brian is certified for appointment as an Attorney Ad Litem in domestic relations and probate cases. In that role, he may be called on to assist the court in matters involving families, children, estates, or vulnerable people. He has also served as a special judge in the Jacksonville District Court several times.
Brian has stayed active in the legal community through service and membership. He is a past President and Vice President of the Lonoke County Bar Association, a past member of the Lonoke County Law Library Board, and a member of the Pulaski County Bar Association, Arkansas Bar Association, Arkansas Trial Lawyers Association, and American Bar Association.
Brian also serves as Adjunct Faculty for the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences (UAMS) in Little Rock. His legal work reflects steady service to people who need clear guidance during stressful cases, whether they are facing court, planning an estate, handling a business issue, or resolving a property concern.
