Brian F. Attea, Esq., is the managing partner of Attea & Attea, P.C., where he has practiced law in Western New York for more than thirty-three years. He focuses his practice on business law, assisting clients with forming companies, handling mergers and acquisitions, and navigating all stages of business growth. He also provides advanced and family estate planning services, offering guidance that helps clients protect their assets and plan for the future.
Brian earned his J.D. from the University of Akron School of Law, where he served as Editor-in-Chief of the Akron Law Review and the Akron Tax Journal. He also holds a B.A. in Journalism and Mass Communication from St. Bonaventure University. This strong legal and analytical background allows him to handle complex business matters, estate strategies, and legal issues affecting growing companies and families.
In addition to his law practice, Brian serves several local governments. He is the Town Attorney for the Town of Concord, Deputy Town Attorney for the Town of Hamburg, and Deputy Town Prosecutor for the Towns of Concord and Colden. He is also certified as an attorney and family advocate on the New York State Surrogate’s Court Decision Making Panel, reflecting his experience with matters involving guardianship, estates, and family decision-making.
Brian F. Attea is active in the Western New York community and serves on the Board of Directors for Cattaraugus County Bank, ARC of Erie County, and the statewide Legal Committee for NYSARC, Inc. He also serves as Chairman of the Board at St. Francis High School. Throughout his career, he has held leadership roles in numerous organizations, consistently contributing his legal knowledge to projects that strengthen the local community and support families, businesses, and service organizations.
