Brian C. Winfrey

Brian C. Winfrey is the founder and managing partner of Winfrey Employment & Civil Rights, also known as The Winfrey Firm, with offices in Nashville and Memphis, Tennessee. He represents individuals in employment discrimination, workplace retaliation, whistleblower, and wage and hour matters. His practice emphasizes trials in state and federal courts and includes workplace harassment, civil rights, and employment-related disputes. He works with employees seeking to enforce their legal rights.

Brian earned his Juris Doctor from Vanderbilt University Law School in 2006 and a Bachelor of Science from Middle Tennessee State University in 2002. His law school training provided the foundation for his focus on trial advocacy and employment rights. He has since developed a career litigating cases involving federal and state employment protections, discrimination claims, and civil rights.
