Brian C. Perlin

Brian C. Perlin is the founder and principal attorney of Perlin Estate Planning & Probate in Coral Gables, Florida. With more than forty years of experience, his practice focuses on estate planning, elder law, tax strategy, probate, trust administration, Medicaid planning, and asset protection. He works with individuals and families to create planning structures designed to protect assets, preserve legacies, and address future financial and care-related needs.

Brian earned a J.D. from the University of Miami School of Law in 1982 and a B.A. from the University of Miami in 1979. He is a Certified Public Accountant, giving him a combined legal and financial background for estate, tax, and elder law planning. His education and accounting training support detailed analysis of assets, tax concerns, family objectives, and long-term planning choices.

Brian opened his firm in 1985 and has devoted his career to customized planning for Florida families. He is a Florida Bar Board Certified Specialist in Wills, Trusts and Estates and in Elder Law.
