About
Brian Beckcom is widely regarded as one of the leading personal injury trial lawyers of his generation. He represents individuals and families harmed by negligence, misconduct, and unsafe practices. His work focuses on complex, high-stakes cases, and he has recovered hundreds of millions of dollars through settlements and verdicts nationwide.
Brian earned degrees in Computer Science and Philosophy from Texas A&M University before graduating with honors from the University of Texas School of Law. During law school, he served as Chief Notes Editor of the Texas Law Review and worked as a research assistant to Charles Alan Wright. He later began his legal career at Fulbright & Jaworski in Houston.
Brian is Board Certified in Personal Injury Trial Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization, a distinction held by fewer than two percent of Texas lawyers. He has earned a 10/10 AVVO rating and has been recognized as a Texas Super Lawyer and Rising Star. His peers have also named him among America’s Top 100 High Stakes Litigators and The Nation’s Top One Percent by the National Association of Distinguished Counsel.
Throughout his career, Brian has achieved record-setting results. These include one of the largest single-injury maritime settlements in the country, one of the largest distracted driving settlements nationwide, and one of the fastest major recoveries in a logging-related injury case. His practice includes maritime, industrial, transportation, and catastrophic injury litigation.
Brian Beckcom continues to focus on representing clients in serious injury and wrongful death cases across the United States. He brings trial experience, strategic insight, and a client-first philosophy to every matter he handles.
