Brett Steinberg

Brett Steinberg is the founder and president of Steinberg Law, P.A., with offices in Delray Beach and Palm Beach Gardens, Florida. He focuses on personal injury matters involving motor vehicle accidents, motorcycle and truck crashes, slip and fall claims, trip and fall claims, sexual assault, product liability, maritime accidents, cruise ship injuries, and negligent security. Brett represents injured clients throughout Florida and brings civil litigation experience from both the defense and plaintiff sides in personal injury work.

Brett earned his undergraduate degree from the University of Florida and his J.D., cum laude, from the University of Miami School of Law. His legal training provided a strong foundation in advocacy, legal analysis, and case preparation. After law school, he began his career as an Assistant Public Defender in Miami-Dade County, where he represented accused individuals, handled hundreds of criminal matters, and tried more than 25 cases to verdict.

Brett has handled significant litigation involving serious injuries, negligent conduct, and complex liability issues. Early in his career, he assisted in the trial of an asbestos exposure case involving mesothelioma that resulted in a $24.17 million plaintiff’s verdict. His experience also includes a $2.6 million jury verdict against a recovery center in a negligent sexual assault case. Through these matters, he helps clients evaluate claims, prove damages, and pursue accountability.

He is admitted to practice in Florida state courts and the US District Courts for the Southern and Middle Districts of Florida.
