William K. Davis

William K. Davis is a Winston-Salem litigation lawyer with more than 50 years of experience in civil litigation. He co-founded his current firm in 1980 and remains active in cases involving business disputes, personal injury, financial institutions, professional liability, colleges and universities, and hospitals. Davis’s work includes litigation strategy, dispute resolution, and counsel for clients facing complex civil claims.

Davis attended Davidson College, earned an MBA from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, and studied law at Wake Forest Law School. His education in business and law supports his ability to evaluate litigation risk, understand institutional concerns, and address disputes involving financial, commercial, and professional issues. This background also strengthens his work with universities, businesses, and other organizations.
