Brett J. Waltner

Brett J. Waltner is a partner at Myers Billion LLP in Sioux Falls, South Dakota. Brett began his legal career as a Deputy State’s Attorney in Minnehaha County, handling cases ranging from traffic offenses to first-degree murder. He completed approximately 15 jury trials and hundreds of other court proceedings before leaving prosecution in 2011 to open a private practice in Tea. Since then, his work has included criminal defense, personal injury, custody and divorce, debt collection and enforcement, evictions, and real estate disputes.
