Brett Beeler

Brett Beeler is a partner and employment attorney at Ross • Scalise Employment Lawyers in Austin, Texas. His practice focuses on representing employees who face workplace discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wrongful termination, and other unfair treatment by employers. Beeler has represented clients from a wide range of occupations, including nurses, truck drivers, sales professionals, factory workers, teachers, managers, veterans, and mechanics. Beeler earned his J.D. from the UCLA School of Law in 2012, with a specialization in Critical Race Studies. While in law school, he received the California Employment Lawyers Association Employee Justice Fellowship Award and won first place in a California State Bar competition for a research paper addressing wage-and-hour class actions. He earned his B.A. in Political Science summa cum laude from the University of Southern California, where he also participated extensively in competitive debate.

Before returning to Texas, Beeler practiced employment law in Los Angeles for three years. He was admitted to the Texas State Bar in 2015 and is also admitted to the U.S. District Courts for the Western, Southern, Eastern, and Northern Districts of Texas, as well as state and federal courts in California.
