Brent Cueria

Brent Cueria is the founder of Cueria Law Firm in New Orleans and represents people injured in accidents and other serious incidents. His personal injury practice includes car, truck, and motorcycle accidents, wrongful death, maritime injuries, Jones Act claims, catastrophic injuries, and related matters. He works with clients facing medical costs, lost income, long-term physical effects, and insurance disputes following injuries caused by accidents or alleged negligence.

Cueria received his Juris Doctor Degree from Loyola Law School in New Orleans in 1988. His legal training has been reinforced by experience on both sides of injury litigation. Early in his career, he worked in plaintiff personal injury practice and later spent several years handling insurance defense matters involving automobile, trucking, medical malpractice, and claims for the State of Louisiana.
