Callahan of the Ninth Circuit. His litigation background includes class actions, depositions, dispositive motions, mediation, trials, and employment claims involving discrimination, retaliation, harassment, and wrongful termination.

Brendan J. Begley is admitted in California and before the US Supreme Court and the Ninth Circuit. His federal admissions extend to all four US District Courts in California. He leads an Appeals and Writs group and has served in leadership roles with the Sacramento County Bar Association’s Appellate Practice Section. His recognition includes Best Lawyers in America and Northern California Super Lawyers.
