About

Brandon J. Campbell is an estate planning lawyer who focuses on estate planning, probate and trust administration, elder law, and business law. He helps clients with wills, trusts, powers of attorney, wealth preservation, guardianships, conservatorships, and business succession planning. His work supports people through difficult times, such as the loss of a loved one, and important milestones, such as starting a business. Clients value his organized, compassionate, and practical approach.

Brandon earned his B.A. in Administration of Justice from Southern Illinois University Carbondale. He later received his law degree from the Sturm College of Law at the University of Denver. His education gave him a strong foundation in legal analysis, advocacy, and problem-solving. That background supports his work in estate, probate, elder law, and business matters.

After law school, Brandon served as a law clerk to the Honorable Brian Boatright and the Honorable Stephen Munsinger of the Jefferson County District Courts. That experience helped him build practical knowledge in courtroom litigation, business disputes, and estate and probate matters. He later developed a private practice before becoming a founding partner of his firm. Clients benefit from his ability to combine legal precision with a broader view of each client’s personal and business needs.

Brandon J. Campbell also approaches representation in a collaborative and holistic way. He looks beyond narrow legal issues and works to build strategic partnerships with other professionals when needed. His practice includes helping businesses with formation, contracts, purchases and sales, and corporate counsel matters. Clients rely on his attention to detail, steady guidance, and strong commitment to education and advocacy. He remains focused on helping families and businesses plan with confidence.
