John J. Pcolinski, Jr. is the founder of John Pcolinski Law, P.C., where he focuses on commercial and civil litigation, chancery, mediation, appellate law, and business matters. John earned a Bachelor of Arts in Business Management and Political Science, Magna Cum Laude, from North Central College in 1983. He then received his Juris Doctor from the University of Illinois College of Law in 1986, establishing a strong academic foundation for his legal career.

John has been admitted to practice in Arizona since 1986 and Illinois since 1987, as well as in the U.S. District Courts for Arizona and the Northern District of Illinois. His early and broad admissions reflect a long-standing commitment to professional growth and legal service.

John is an experienced litigator and business advisor who represents individuals and companies in disputes involving commercial transactions, governance, trade secrets, and non-competition matters. His work also includes chancery cases, injunctions, probate, guardianship, and residential and commercial real estate matters.

John has served as a certified Arbitrator for the Eighteenth Judicial Circuit since 1990 and acts as a mediator and arbitrator in disputes. His practice also includes appellate work, allowing him to guide clients through complex legal proceedings at multiple stages.
