Brandon Fellers is an accomplished criminal defense attorney with more than a decade of prosecutorial experience in Virginia. He began his career in the Chesapeake Commonwealth’s Attorney’s Office, where he handled thousands of cases ranging from traffic matters to serious felonies, including first-degree murder. Known for his thorough preparation and strong courtroom presence, Mr. Fellers built a reputation as a skilled trial lawyer committed to pursuing justice in every case he handled.
Mr. Fellers earned his B.A. in History from Virginia Military Institute before completing his J.D. at the University of Richmond School of Law. He is licensed to practice in both state and federal courts. His academic training, combined with real-world experience as a prosecutor, gave him the foundation to understand both sides of the courtroom. This perspective now allows him to provide clients with strategic defenses against even the most complex criminal charges.
During his years as a prosecutor, Mr. Fellers specialized in white-collar fraud and financial crimes, as well as complex DUI and toxicology cases. He also mentored junior prosecutors, sharing his knowledge of trial strategy and litigation tactics. His extensive jury trial experience gave him the ability to anticipate the prosecution’s moves, making him a strong advocate for individuals facing charges. Today, he applies this knowledge to defend clients against a wide range of criminal allegations.
In his current practice, Brandon Fellers is dedicated to protecting the rights of his clients by holding authorities accountable and challenging the evidence against them. He has also developed experience in expungements, license restorations, and firearm rights restorations. Recognized for his contributions to the legal community, he has served on the Virginia State Bar Committee on Technology and published articles in Virginia Lawyer Magazine on courtroom technology and trial strategies.
