Bradley R. Belsome

Bradley R. Belsome is a member of Bradley Murchison Kelly & Shea in New Orleans whose practice centers on transportation law and defense litigation. He represents rail industry clients, including Class I carriers, in state and federal courts and in administrative proceedings. His work includes Federal Employers’ Liability Act claims, railroad safety and whistleblower matters, crossing accidents, derailments, hazardous-material incidents, property disputes, and other transportation-related liability issues.

Belsome earned his J.D., magna cum laude, from Southern University Law Center in 2002 and a B.S. from Louisiana State University in 1999.
