Bradley earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Boston University in 1988. He later obtained his Juris Doctor from the University of Baltimore School of Law in 1991. During law school, he was an active member of the Mock Trial Team. He earned third place in a regional competition held in Richmond, Virginia, showcasing his early strengths in litigation and oral advocacy.
