Bradford Miller

Bradford Miller is the owner of Bradford Miller Law, P.C. in Chicago, Illinois. He represents clients in residential and commercial real estate transactions involving office buildings, industrial properties, apartment buildings, new developments, single-family homes, townhomes, and condominiums. Since 2006, Miller has participated in transactions collectively valued in the billions of dollars. His practice also includes commercial, industrial, and residential lease negotiations, short sales, building code violations, business law, and estate planning.

Miller earned a Bachelor of Science in Political Science, magna cum laude, from Illinois State University, where he received honors and was named to the Dean’s List. He was also the first Illinois State student selected to study abroad at Oxford University in England. Miller later earned both his Juris Doctor and an LL.M. in Real Estate Law from The John Marshall Law School, which he attended on a Dean’s Scholarship. His advanced education supports his work on complex property transactions and related legal concerns.

Before establishing Bradford Miller Law, P.C., Miller worked in the private sector at a major downtown Chicago law firm and later practiced at two additional firms. His experience includes guiding buyers and sellers through property transactions, reviewing and negotiating contracts, addressing closing requirements, and resolving issues affecting the transfer or use of real estate. He has also presented seminars on short sales and Chicago landlord-tenant law for real estate brokerages throughout the Chicago area.

Bradford Miller is admitted to practice in Illinois and belongs to the Chicago Bar Association and Illinois State Bar Association. He previously chaired the Naperville Housing Commission and Human Rights and Fair Housing Commission, assisting the city with affordable housing and new-development concerns. Miller has also served on school, museum, and homeowners association boards and volunteered with local charitable organizations. His practice combines substantial transactional experience, advanced real estate training, and practical guidance for clients making important property decisions.
