Braden Turner

Braden Turner is Co-Founder, Partner, and Director of Criminal Defense at Lai & Turner Law Firm PLLC. A seventh-generation Oklahoman, he has built a career dedicated to protecting client rights and securing fair outcomes in diverse practice areas. His work spans criminal defense, real estate, estate planning, probate, guardianship, and personal injury, where he advocates for individuals and families facing legal challenges.

Turner earned a B.A. in Political Science, with distinction, from the University of Oklahoma in 2016, where he also minored in French Language Studies and joined the Pi Sigma Alpha Honor Society. He continued his education at the University of Oklahoma College of Law, earning his J.D. in 2020. He is admitted to practice in Oklahoma, Louisiana, and Kentucky, and is an active member of the Oklahoma County Bar Association.

Turner began his legal career in real estate law, drafting title opinions and abstracts. Today, he ensures smooth real estate transactions and advises on estate planning matters, including wills, probate, and guardianship cases. He also represents clients in personal injury claims, fighting for fair compensation for medical expenses, lost wages, pain, and suffering. His commitment to justice ensures that clients’ interests are protected in high-stakes legal matters.

In criminal defense, Braden Turner defends individuals facing charges ranging from DUI and drug crimes to felonies and expungements.
