Brad Henderson

Brad Henderson is a criminal defense attorney at Stone River Law in Utah. He represents individuals facing charges in state, federal, and military courts. His experience as a United States Air Force JAG officer gives him a strong understanding of the criminal justice system and effective courtroom strategy.

Brad earned his Juris Doctor from The Marshall–Wythe School of Law at the College of William and Mary. He also earned his Bachelor of Arts in International Relations, with a Latin American Studies minor, from Brigham Young University, providing a solid academic foundation for his legal practice.

Brad served more than 12 years in the United States Air Force with honorable service. As a JAG officer and prosecutor, he handled cases in federal and military courts. This experience gives him insight into how cases are built and how to defend clients facing serious charges.

Brad focuses his practice on criminal defense, including felony and misdemeanor cases, expungements, pardons, and 402 reductions. He also assists clients with estate planning matters. He works to provide clear guidance and practical solutions tailored to each client’s situation and legal needs.

Brad brings valuable experience to the Stone River Law criminal defense team. His background as a prosecutor helps strengthen defense strategies and supports clients through complex legal processes. He assists clients in Utah district and justice courts, as well as federal and military court systems.

Brad is a Spanish-speaking attorney, allowing him to assist Spanish-speaking clients. He works closely with clients to ensure they understand their rights and options. His approach focuses on clear communication, strong support, and careful attention to each case from start to finish.
