Blanca Marin

Blanca began her legal career in public service after graduating from law school. In 2001, she joined the Wyandotte County District Attorney’s Office as an Assistant District Attorney in the Juvenile Division. In this role, she handled cases involving youth and families while gaining courtroom experience and developing strong litigation skills. Her work in the prosecutor’s office helped her better understand the legal challenges families often face in the justice system.

Blanca Marin later focused her career on immigration and family law. She opened Marin de Stevanov Law Office, LLC, and later practiced with Boulton Marin and Buschart, LLC, where she continued to assist clients with immigration and family-related cases. She now leads Marin Immigration Law, LLC, where her work centers on family immigration matters. Through her practice, she helps clients understand immigration procedures, prepare applications, and work toward stable legal solutions for their families.
