Blake T. Richardson is a litigation attorney and partner at Adams and Reese, L.L.P., who represents individuals, businesses, and government entities in a broad range of civil lawsuits & disputes. His practice includes insurance litigation, motor vehicle and trucking matters, construction claims, maritime disputes, product liability, and premises liability. He has successfully defended clients in jury and non-jury trials throughout Alabama, taking cases through verdict when necessary. His experience with complex factual records and industry-specific issues allows him to develop practical litigation strategies tailored to each client’s circumstances.
Blake earned his J.D. from the University of Mississippi School of Law in 2014. He previously completed a B.S. in Commerce and Business Administration at the University of Alabama in 2011 and graduated with honors from the Culverhouse School of Accountancy. His accounting background strengthens his ability to evaluate financial records, damages claims, and other economic issues that often arise in complex litigation. He is admitted to practice in Alabama, Florida, and Mississippi.
Blake has court admissions in the US Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of Alabama and the US District Courts for the Middle, Northern, and Southern Districts of Alabama. He is also admitted before the US District Court for the Northern District of Florida. His representative work has included defending municipalities, public employees, transportation-related businesses, maintenance companies, and individuals in personal injury, wrongful death, automobile, trucking, and premises liability matters.
