Beverly A. Meyer is an experienced attorney whose practice centers on labor, employment, and education law. With more than 25 years of experience, she represents employers in both public and private sectors. Her work covers workplace issues, employee relations matters, and legal disputes. She also assists educational institutions by providing practical guidance designed to address challenges while supporting organizational goals and compliance obligations.
Beverly earned a B.M.E. from The Ohio State University in 1991. She later received her J.D. from the University of Dayton School of Law in 1994. Her educational background helped build a strong foundation for a career focused on labor relations, employment matters, and legal issues affecting schools, colleges, universities, and other organizations throughout Ohio and beyond.
Beverly advises clients on a wide range of workplace concerns, including collective bargaining, employee discipline, workplace investigations, wage and hour matters, and leave and benefits issues. She also counsels employers regarding harassment claims and civil rights matters arising under state and federal laws, including Title VII and Title IX.
