Beverley L. Adams

Beverley L. Adams is an attorney at Fredrikson & Byron, P.A. in Fargo, North Dakota, where she advises employers and executives on employment law, labor, litigation, and related health law issues. Her work includes investigations, discipline, employment contracts, wage and hour matters, workplace safety, discrimination and retaliation claims, non-compete and nondisclosure issues, union negotiations, and grievance procedures. Adams earned a J.D. from the University of North Dakota School of Law in 1995, graduating with distinction, and a B.A. from the University of Manitoba in 1990. She also served as a law clerk to the Honorable Michael L. Kirk in Minnesota.
