Bethany H. Sneed

Bethany H. Sneed is a partner at Harrison | Gammons, where she focuses her practice on commercial real estate and corporate counsel. She handles acquisitions, development, construction, leasing, financing, property litigation, and sales. As an agent for Chicago/Fidelity/Commonwealth National Title Insurance Companies and Stewart Title Insurance Company, Bethany is skilled in resolving title issues on projects across the country. Bethany earned her B.A. from Samford University in 2008 and went on to earn her J.D. from Cumberland School of Law at Samford University in 2011. That same year, she was admitted to the Alabama Bar and to practice before the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Alabama.

In addition to her real estate practice, Bethany serves as outside corporate counsel for several North Alabama-based businesses.
