Ben Donovan

Ben Donovan is a civil litigation attorney at DLM Law LLC in Kansas City, Missouri, focusing on complex commercial disputes and class action product liability cases. Before joining DLM Law LLC, Mr. Donovan worked at a national commercial litigation boutique, representing clients in complex disputes across the United States. He previously served as a law clerk to the Honorable Alok Ahuja of the Missouri Court of Appeals, Western District. During law school, he gained hands-on experience at Washburn’s Small Business & Nonprofit Clinic, advising local businesses on corporate governance and compliance. Earlier in his career, Mr. Donovan worked in the health information technology industry, giving him a practical understanding of the regulatory, data privacy, and operational challenges today’s businesses face.

Ben Donovan is admitted to practice in Missouri and Kansas, as well as in the U.S. District Courts for the Western District of Missouri and the District of Kansas. He is an active member of the Kansas City Metropolitan Bar Association, where he has participated in both the Ross T. Roberts Trial Academy and the Bar Leadership Academy. He is also a member of the Earl E. O’Connor Inn of Court and the Federal Bar Association, and supports community initiatives through Big Brothers Big Sisters of Kansas City.
