Ben Donovan

Ben Donovan is a civil litigation attorney at DLM Law LLC in Kansas City, Missouri, focusing on complex commercial disputes and class action product liability cases. During law school, he served as a legal intern at Washburn’s Small Business & Nonprofit Clinic, where he supported local businesses with corporate governance matters. His early career included work in the health information technology sector, giving him insight into regulatory and operational frameworks affecting today’s business environment.

Ben Donovan is admitted to practice in Missouri and Kansas, as well as in the U.S. District Courts for the Western District of Missouri and the District of Kansas. He is an active member of the Kansas City Metropolitan Bar Association, where he has participated in both the Ross T. Roberts Trial Academy and the Bar Leadership Academy. He is also a member of the Earl E. O’Connor Inn of Court and the Federal Bar Association, and supports community initiatives through Big Brothers Big Sisters of Kansas City.
