Ben C. Adams

Ben C. Adams is a seasoned attorney with extensive experience in estate planning, corporate law, and business transactions. Mr. Adams earned his Juris Doctor from Vanderbilt University School of Law in 1981, where he was a member of the Vanderbilt Law Review and inducted into the Order of the Coif. He completed his undergraduate studies at the University of North Carolina, earning a Bachelor of Arts in Economics in 1978. A distinguished scholar, he was inducted into Phi Beta Kappa and admitted to the Tennessee Bar in 1981.

Serving as Chairman and CEO of Baker Donelson for 21 years, Mr. Adams led the firm’s expansion from 270 to over 650 attorneys across 24 offices.
