Ben C. Adams is a seasoned attorney with extensive experience in estate planning, corporate law, and business transactions. Mr. Adams earned his Juris Doctor from Vanderbilt University School of Law in 1981, where he was a member of the Vanderbilt Law Review and inducted into the Order of the Coif. He completed his undergraduate studies at the University of North Carolina, earning a Bachelor of Arts in Economics in 1978. A distinguished scholar, he was inducted into Phi Beta Kappa and admitted to the Tennessee Bar in 1981.
As Chairman and CEO of Baker Donelson for 21 years, Mr. Adams led the firm’s strategic growth from 270 attorneys to more than 650 across 24 offices nationwide.
