Ben B. Rubinowitz has earned national recognition for his outstanding success as a trial attorney in complex personal injury and medical malpractice litigation. Ben began his career as a prosecutor, developing trial skills that now define his courtroom presence. He holds a B.A. from Boston University, where he graduated magna cum laude and was elected to Phi Beta Kappa. He earned his J.D. from Hofstra University and was admitted to the New York Bar in 1982, launching a lifelong legal career marked by excellence.
Ben has won over 180 settlements and 29 verdicts exceeding one million dollars each, with notable cases involving brain injuries, wrongful death, and catastrophic spinal injuries.
