She works with clients throughout contested claims.
Bekah earned a B.A. from Washington State University in 2016 and a J.D. from the University of California, Hastings College of the Law, in 2019. She was admitted to the Washington bar in 2019. She also gained experience as a judicial law clerk.
Her litigation experience spans investigations, discovery, depositions, mediation, settlement negotiations, and trial preparation. She has handled matters involving injured adults, vulnerable residents, children, and families coping with serious losses. Before joining Defiance Injury Law in 2026, she worked at other Washington injury practices. She focuses on presenting both the immediate consequences of an injury and the losses that may affect clients over time.
Bekah Young has been selected to Super Lawyers Rising Stars and has spoken to legal and medical audiences about injury litigation and insurance issues.
