Christopher C. Pruitt

Christopher C. Pruitt is a litigation attorney at Pendergast Law who represents individuals and families injured by another party’s negligence. Christopher earned a Bachelor of Arts from St. Edward’s University in 2014 and a Juris Doctor from the University of Oregon School of Law in 2018. His legal education prepared him for research, writing, and courtroom advocacy in disputes involving liability and damages. After relocating to Washington in 2019, he developed his practice in personal injury litigation, drawing on the academic skills needed to build and present contested cases.

Before joining Pendergast Law, Christopher spent more than six years representing plaintiffs in injury matters across Washington. His experience includes advocating for hundreds of injured individuals through settlement negotiations, mediations, arbitrations, and litigation.
