Barry Rowell is a Virginia employment lawyer and partner at Klein, Rowell & Shall, PLLC. His practice focuses on employment law, labor law, workers’ compensation, and business matters. His experience includes responding to and mediating employment discrimination charges filed with the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission and fair employment agencies across multiple states.
Barry Rowell is admitted to practice in Virginia, the US District Court for the Eastern District of Virginia, and the US Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit. He is a member of the Virginia Trial Lawyers Association and American Bar Association and serves with the Hampton Roads Society for Human Resource Management.
