Barry Harris Hinden

Barry H. Hinden is the founding attorney and senior partner at Hinden & Breslavsky. With over 50 years of legal experience, he is a highly skilled litigator known for his dedication to helping injured workers and individuals facing personal injury and asbestos-related cases. Barry focuses on workers’ compensation law and fights to protect the rights of employees injured on the job. His experience and legal knowledge have earned him recognition in California’s legal community, including being featured in Super Lawyers and Who’s Who in American Law.

Barry earned his B.A. in Psychology from California State University, Northridge, in 1970. He then obtained his J.D. from Southwestern University School of Law in Los Angeles in 1974. Before that, he attended Los Angeles City and Valley Colleges in 1968. He was admitted to the State Bar of California in 1974 and has been practicing law ever since.

Throughout his career, Barry H. Hinden has worked tirelessly to help injured workers recover compensation and benefits. He has represented thousands of clients in complex workers’ compensation cases and has also handled personal injury and asbestos-related claims. His leadership in the field has been recognized through his role as the past president of the California Applicants’ Attorneys Association (CAAA) and his work as a lecturer for legal professionals. Barry has also contributed to legislative efforts to improve workers’ rights in California.
