Austin M. O’Neill

Austin M. O’Neill is an associate attorney at Evans Law in Atlanta who handles real estate transactions and litigation. His practice includes quiet title actions, lender foreclosures, residential real estate closings, and construction payment and contract disputes. He also has experience in estate planning, contract law, and sports and entertainment law. His work is focused on making complex legal processes understandable and keeping clients informed about each stage of their matter.

Austin earned his J.D. from Atlanta’s John Marshall Law School and served as Online Presence and Internet Access Editor for the John Marshall Law Journal. He was also secretary of the Sports and Entertainment Society. He received a B.A. in Chinese Language and Literature and a B.S. in Criminal Justice from the University of North Georgia, providing a multidisciplinary academic foundation for legal analysis, communication, and problem solving.
