About
Ashley Keller is a founding partner of Keller Postman LLC and a senior trial lawyer with extensive experience handling complex litigation across the country. He focuses his practice on product liability, antitrust, class actions, and arbitration, where he is recognized for developing innovative legal strategies and managing high-stakes disputes. He currently serves as court-appointed co-lead counsel in the Acetaminophen multidistrict litigation in the Southern District of New York.
Ashley earned his B.A. from Harvard College, graduated first in his class with a J.D. from the University of Chicago Law School, and also received his M.B.A. from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business. He clerked for Justice Anthony M. Kennedy of the U.S. Supreme Court and Judge Richard Posner of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Seventh Circuit. His academic achievements and clerkship experience laid the foundation for his career in trial and appellate advocacy.
Before founding his current practice, Ashley co-founded Gerchen Keller Capital, which grew to manage more than $1.3 billion in assets focused on legal and regulatory risk before being acquired by Burford Capital. He also practiced at Bartlit Beck Herman Palenchar & Scott LLP, where he litigated securities, patent, contract, mass tort, and class action disputes. His diverse background also includes work as an analyst at Alyeska Investment Group, where he concentrated on investments involving complex litigation and regulatory challenges.
Ashley Keller’s accomplishments have earned him national recognition, including being named a Plaintiffs’ Lawyers Trailblazer by the National Law Journal and inclusion in Lawdragon’s 500 Leading Lawyers in America. Licensed in Florida and Illinois, he continues to play a leading role in product liability, antitrust, and arbitration matters, achieving meaningful results for clients nationwide.
