Ashley Gulke

Ashley Gulke is the owner of Gulke Law in Minot and has operated her law practice since 2013. She represents clients in state and federal criminal defense matters and also handles family-law and other private cases. Her criminal work includes both retained and appointed representation, allowing her to assist people facing charges in county, state, and federal proceedings where liberty and long-term consequences may be at stake.

Ashley earned her J.D. from Santa Clara University School of Law in 2008. During her legal training, she completed clerkships with the Santa Clara County Family Law Facilitator, the Cook County State’s Attorney, and a private law firm in San Jose. Those experiences exposed her to family-law procedure, prosecution work, and private client representation, providing a varied foundation for the criminal and family-law matters she now handles in North Dakota.
