Arthur Lin

Arthur Lin is an accomplished family law attorney who has practiced exclusively in this field since 2009. He is a Certified Specialist in Family Law, certified by the State Bar of California Board of Legal Specialization. Arthur is known for his ability to manage complex and international divorce cases involving high-value assets, cross-border issues, and intricate legal matters. As one of the few U.S. attorneys who is a Fellow of the American Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers (AAML) and the International Academy of Family Lawyers (IAFL), Arthur is recognized for his skill, experience, and professionalism in family law practice.

Arthur received his Juris Doctor from Lincoln Law School of San Jose in 2007. He has also been admitted to practice before the United States District Court for the Northern District of California and the United States Supreme Court. In 2016, he became a certified family law specialist. His academic and professional achievements reflect a consistent commitment to legal excellence and client service.

Arthur handles a wide range of family law matters, including complex property division, business valuation, child custody and visitation, spousal and child support, separate property tracing, domestic violence restraining orders, and premarital and post-marital agreements. Fluent in Mandarin, he regularly represents clients from mainland China and Taiwan, providing culturally sensitive, multilingual family law services and reliable counsel in international divorce and cross-border custody cases.

In addition to his private practice, Arthur Lin volunteers for the legal community in the Santa Clara Superior Court settlement program. He has served as a court-appointed minor’s counsel. From 2016 to 2020, he taught family law at Lincoln Law School of San Jose. He has been recognized as a Northern California Super Lawyer since 2020 and previously as a Rising Star from 2015 to 2019. Arthur holds a 10/10 rating on AVVO and continues to be a leader in California family law.
