About
Arthur Cavataro has practiced law since 1989 and serves as a member of Fetterman Law. He focuses on car accident, personal injury, and wrongful death cases. For decades, he has helped injured people and families seek justice after serious harm caused by negligence.
Arthur received his Juris Doctorate from Loyola University in New Orleans. During law school, he worked as a litigation law clerk and served Loyola as an Admissions Recruiter. He spoke at national forums, including events held in the World Trade Center in New York.
While in law school, Arthur helped draft nursing home legislation that became law to protect elderly people. After three years representing corporations with the AV rated Chicago law firm of Arnstein & Lehr, he chose to fight for individuals instead of large companies.
Since 1992, Arthur has represented only people and their families. He has handled many injury and wrongful death claims across South Florida and the Treasure Coast. He has also been a key trial team member in many verdicts, including an $8.1 million wrongful death verdict.
Arthur has presented appellate argument before the 4th District Court of Appeals. In recognition of his skill and compassion, he directs the firm’s Personal Injury Department. His work shows steady focus, strong care, and a clear commitment to people facing difficult injury claims.
Arthur Cavataro is admitted to the Florida Bar and the U.S. District Court for the So. District of Florida. He is a member of the Florida Justice Association, Palm Beach Justice Association, Palm Beach County Bar Association, and Trial Lawyers Section of the Florida Bar.
