Arthur C. Fulmer, Jr. is the owner and senior attorney of Fulmer Law, P.A., where he focuses his practice on family law and criminal defense. With more than 20 years of experience in criminal law and 18 years in family law, he is known for his integrity, skill, and commitment to client advocacy. Fulmer earned dual Bachelor of Science and Bachelor of Arts degrees from the University of Central Florida in 2000 and received his J.D. from Florida A&M University College of Law in 2005. During law school, he served as Notes and Comments Editor for the inaugural issue of the FAMU Law Review and graduated near the top of his class. He was admitted to The Florida Bar in 2006, beginning a legal career marked by excellence and client dedication.

From 2007 to 2019, Fulmer was a partner at Fulmer & Fulmer, P.A., before establishing Fulmer Law, P.A., in 2019. His approach centers on listening carefully, understanding each client’s concerns, and crafting tailored legal strategies.
