About
Arianna Stubbs is an associate attorney at Kirshenbaum & Kirshenbaum whose practice focuses on Domestic Relations, Family Law, and Workers’ Compensation. Before joining the firm, she worked as a Personal Injury Attorney. Her current work involves legal matters affecting families and injured workers, combining client advocacy with careful attention to personal circumstances. She brings experience from different practice settings and works with clients who need clear guidance while addressing disputes, financial concerns, family transitions, or workplace injury issues.
Arianna earned her J.D. from New England Law|Boston in 2021 with concentrations in Family Law and Public Interest Law. She earned a B.S. in Criminal Justice with a concentration in Forensic Psychology and a B.A. in Psychology with a concentration in Community/Counseling Psychology from the University of New Haven, graduating magna cum laude. She received the University of New Haven Presidential Scholarship and completed a minor in Arabic, adding interdisciplinary preparation to her legal training.
Arianna attended law school in the evening while working as a victim’s rights advocate. In that role, she served as a liaison between victims and the police department, gaining experience communicating with people facing difficult circumstances and helping them navigate institutional processes. Her prior personal injury work adds another perspective on client advocacy. These experiences support her current family law and workers’ compensation practice, where legal problems frequently involve sensitive facts, financial pressure, personal stress, and important long-term consequences.
Arianna Stubbs is admitted to practice in Rhode Island and Massachusetts and is a member of the Rhode Island Bar Association and Massachusetts Bar Association. Her academic background in law, psychology, criminal justice, and public interest work supports a practice centered on informed decision-making and client advocacy. She approaches domestic relations, family law, and workers’ compensation matters with attention to the individual circumstances behind each case while helping clients understand options and move through demanding legal processes.
