About

Arian Saleh is the office managing attorney of Melone Hatley, P.C. in Reston, Virginia. She focuses her practice exclusively on family law and divorce matters, representing clients in divorce, child custody, spousal support, and property division disputes. Her work combines litigation and negotiation with an emphasis on clear communication, informed decision-making, and practical strategies for clients facing emotionally and financially significant family transitions.

Saleh earned a Juris Doctor from American University, Washington College of Law and a B.A. in Philosophy, with Honors, from New York University. Her legal and liberal arts education supports close analysis, persuasive advocacy, and thoughtful counseling in family law matters. That background helps her evaluate competing positions, explain legal rights and procedures, negotiate disputed issues, and prepare cases for court when settlement does not resolve the conflict.

Saleh previously worked with the U.S. Department of Commerce, experience that strengthened her analytical and negotiation skills before her family law practice. At Melone Hatley, she represents clients in matters involving divorce, child custody, child support, military divorce, prenuptial agreements, separation, spousal support, and other contested family issues. She works to anticipate problems and develop case strategies suited to each client’s circumstances and long-term needs.

Arian Saleh is a member of the Virginia State Bar and has been recognized as a Legal Elite Young Lawyer from 2023 through 2025. As managing attorney of the Reston office, she combines family law advocacy with leadership responsibilities. Her practice focuses on helping clients understand their options, protect important interests, and move through divorce and custody disputes with organized preparation and a clear litigation or settlement strategy.
