He then returned to immigration practice with Velasquez & Associates, PLLC, serving as lead attorney for the immigration department.
Areli Jaimes has handled matters involving asylum, removal concerns, criminal court issues affecting immigration status, business law, and litigation. His experience includes winning an asylum case in immigration court and negotiating a criminal plea bargain for a lawful permanent resident that helped the client avoid removal proceedings.
