Munjed A. Ahmad

Munjed A. Ahmad is an attorney whose practice focuses on immigration law, criminal defense, and business law. Munjed earned his Bachelor’s degree from Marquette University in 1998 before receiving his Juris Doctor from The Catholic University of America Columbus School of Law in 2002. Following law school, he began his legal career as an Assistant District Attorney in Milwaukee County, where he gained valuable courtroom experience prosecuting criminal cases. His background as a prosecutor provides him with a thorough understanding of the criminal justice system and strengthens his approach to defending clients facing criminal charges.

Munjed established his own practice before co-founding Ahmad & Guerard, LLP in 2012. His practice is centered on immigration law, criminal defense, and business law, serving clients throughout Wisconsin and beyond after he entered private practice. He regularly assists individuals with immigration matters, including representation before the immigration court system nationwide, while also advising businesses and representing clients in criminal proceedings. His broad legal experience enables him to develop practical strategies tailored to each client’s unique circumstances.

Munjed A. Ahmad is admitted to practice in the State of Wisconsin, the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Wisconsin, and the federal immigration court system throughout the US.
