Anwar Elias Hadeed

Anwar Elias Hadeed is the managing attorney of Hadeed Legal, serving individuals and families in South Florida with probate, estate planning, guardianship, elder law, trust administration, and related matters. His practice focuses on helping clients protect family interests, plan for future needs, and manage court processes after a death or incapacity. He emphasizes clear guidance and direct attorney involvement in matters that can carry significant financial and personal consequences.

Anwar earned a J.D. from Florida International University College of Law in 2019 and a B.A. in Psychology and Sociology from Moravian University in 2015. His undergraduate work included leadership and academic activities across psychology and sociology organizations. His legal and behavioral-science background supports a client-centered approach to estate, probate, elder law, and guardianship matters involving families, vulnerable individuals, and sensitive decision-making.

Anwar serves as a Clinical Adjunct Professor at Florida International University College of Law through its Guardianship Legal Clinic. In that role, he supervises law students providing pro bono guardianship services to low-income community members and trains students in guardianship law and courtroom advocacy. He has guest lectured on guardianship issues and participated in Dade Legal Aid’s Put Something Back Program.
