Antoinette (Toni) Tease is a registered patent attorney with extensive experience in intellectual property and technology law. As the founder of Antoinette M. Tease, P.L.L.C., she represents clients in patent prosecution, trademark protection, copyright matters, and IP litigation. She has successfully filed and prosecuted U.S. and international patents across various industries, ensuring innovators and businesses protect their intellectual assets.

With a B.A. in Economics, cum laude, from Harvard University, Ms. Tease built a strong analytical foundation that complements her legal expertise. She earned her J.D. from the University of Connecticut School of Law, graduating with High Honors while serving as Notes Editor for the Connecticut Law Review.

Before founding her firm in 2003, Ms. Tease served as General Counsel for Rocky Mountain Technology Group, Inc. and was a partner at Crowley Law Firm, where she chaired the Intellectual Property & Technology Practice Group. She has filed more patent infringement cases than any other attorney in Montana and successfully represented clients in landmark IP litigation, including the first Montana patent case appealed to the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit.

Antoinette (Toni) Tease has testified before the U.S. Senate Finance Committee on intellectual property enforcement and has served in leadership roles with the American Bar Association Section of Intellectual Property Law. She is President-elect of the Montana State Bar and actively contributes to legal education. Through her expertise and advocacy, Ms. Tease continues to help businesses and inventors protect their innovations, ensuring strong IP rights and legal security.
