Anthony (“Tony”) Oliveira

Anthony (“Tony”) Oliveira is a Partner who focuses his practice on personal injury, civil litigation, business law, and estate planning. He represents individuals in motor vehicle accidents, motorcycle accidents, trucking accidents, slip-and-fall matters, wrongful death claims, dog bite cases, and workers’ compensation cases, providing clear guidance throughout the legal process.

Anthony earned his B.S. in 1996 from Indiana University – Bloomington, followed by his MBA in 2003 from Ball State University. He later received his J.D., cum laude, in 2007 from Valparaiso University School of Law. He was first admitted to practice law in 2008 and is licensed in Indiana and before the U.S. District Court for the Southern and Northern Districts of Indiana.

Anthony also advises clients in construction disputes, home improvement fraud, contractor disputes, and business contract matters. His business services include contract review and negotiation, contract drafting, information technology contracts, marketing and advertising agreements, and fine art contracts. He works closely with business owners to reduce risk and protect their interests.

In addition to litigation and business law, Anthony assists clients with estate planning needs, including wills and trusts. He also handles firearms law matters and has lectured on State and Federal Firearms Law and The Law of Self-Defense in Indiana.

Anthony (“Tony”) Oliveira is a member of the Indiana Bar Association, Muncie Bar Association, Indiana Trial Lawyers Association, and the American Association for Justice (AAJ), reflecting his active involvement in the legal community.
