Anthony Muir is a seasoned litigation attorney whose practice centers on family law and related court matters. Over the course of his career, he has represented individuals facing complex legal challenges involving divorce, parenting disputes, child support matters, and guardianships. Anthony graduated with a 3.99 GPA and received recognition as the top-ranking Social Science student. He later earned his Juris Doctor from UNH School of Law. During law school, he participated in the Daniel Webster Scholars Honor Program, a groundbreaking program designed to prepare students for practice through hands-on legal training. He also served as an officer on the UNH Law Review. After completing law school, he devoted his career to family law litigation, building more than a decade of experience in the field.

Anthony has appeared before the Family Division, including the Complex Case Docket, as well as the Probate Division, District Division, and Superior Court. His litigation background also includes successful representation in appellate matters before the New Hampshire Supreme Court. This broad courtroom experience has strengthened his ability to analyze legal issues, develop effective case strategies, and advocate for favorable outcomes in both trial and appellate proceedings.
