Anthony J. Resimius is a partner who focuses his practice on employment law, business law, and litigation. As leader of the firm’s Employment Law Team, he advises employers on workplace issues and helps them manage legal risks through clear guidance, careful planning, and strong practical support.
Anthony earned his J.D. from the University of Wisconsin-Madison in 2002. He also earned his B.S. with distinction from the University of Wisconsin-Madison in 1999. His education supports his work in employment law, business law, and litigation, where careful legal analysis and sound judgment are important.
Anthony advises employers on many parts of the employment relationship. His work includes employment agreements, non-competition agreements, employee handbooks, drug testing policies, independent contractor agreements, wage-and-hour issues, workers’ compensation matters, and claims involving arrest-and-conviction discrimination allegations.
Anthony also handles matters involving the Americans with Disabilities Act and the Family Medical Leave Act.
