Anthony J. Barwick is a partner at Brooks Pierce in Raleigh, North Carolina. Barwick regularly assists financial institutions and corporate clients across multiple industries with financings, joint ventures, strategic asset acquisitions, and commercial real estate acquisitions and dispositions.
Barwick earned his J.D. from the University of North Carolina School of Law in 2001, where he served as editor-in-chief of the North Carolina Journal of International Law and Commercial Regulation. He also received a B.A. from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill in 1997. His academic background supports his ability to analyze transactions, structure agreements, and guide clients through business and financing issues.
